                              Product description :

                              Surpass 1050 is  a type of imitation fluorocarbon  powder coating having metallic flash silver effect  that specially  designed  for  architectural aluminium application. Surpass 1050 conform to the requirement of GB 5237.4-2008, Qualicoat(Class1)and AAMA2603-02. Surpass 1050 give a good performance at outdoors weather resistance and colour stability. Thus, is widely used in the places with high demand on outdoors weather resistance, such as windows, aluminium plate, door, curtain wall. Surpass 1050 is a fluorocarbon powder coating, and is available in a variety of colors in the category of high gloss, flat, low gloss.

                              Coating features:

                              The physical and chemical testing below is on the substrate of chromated aluminium plate. The coating thickness of all testing substrate is controlled at 60-80um, and curing at the temperature of 200°C for 10 minutes to 15 minutes. The physical performance may deteriorate slightly caused by the decreased of glossiness

                              Pre-treatment: For maximum  protection,  it is essential to pre-treat substrates prior to the application of Surpass 1050. It is necessary for aluminium substrate to receive chromizing treatment.

                              Coating techniques: Surpass 1050 are applied by manual or auto-spraying equipment. The unused powder collected in the powder recovery system will be recycled.

                              Caution and warning: The product  is only permitted to be used by the professional coating staff. Coating procedure should be stopped without the health and safety data provided by the Aiyue. In any cases,you should request a copy of this document from Aiyue prior to finish coating if without the health and safety data provided by the Aiyue. The warning of use of powder is listed below. All dust is irritant to the respiratory, and one must avoid inhaling   dust and gas released in baking process. Avoid contacting skin. In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water. Rinse immediately with water in case of eye contact and call a doctor. Dust fog formed by the free organic particles may burn in the event of the electric spark or an open flame. Dust and powder cannot be accumulated   in the wall or on the shelf. Dust collection system must be equipped with anti-explosion device. All the equipment must be grounded to avoid accumulation of static electricity. User must abide by the national safety law and regulation.
